Web Research of City Managers in U.S.

I need a list of the heads of innovation for the largest 100 cities in America.
First - compile a list of the top 100 cities in the United States by population.
Second - find the person who is in charge of innovation for that city (not all cities will have one). Here is a list to start as an example https://datasmart.ash.harvard.edu/news/article/get-know-chief-innovation-officers
Third - Do some data entry:
1. Name of person
2. Title (usually something like "Director of Innovation"
3. LinkedIN profile link of the person.
4. Summary of any initiatives or mission statements they may have.

For candidates that are successful, I will create a simple spreadsheet for data entry.
