Edible Insects Research on Large Media Platforms in US & Canada

I would like some media research done. I would like 100 emails of different journalists, that have written articles/ talked about edible insects on large media platforms, in the US & Canada. I would like the deliverable to be in the form: PDF with link to 100 articles written by the journalist and their respective emails.
