From Chuadanga to a global IT ecosystem dream.
I tell this story in first person because this website is about my life, my learning and my responsibility.
I come from Chuadanga, Bangladesh. My early life was shaped by study, family values, discipline and the belief that honest work matters. I completed my SSC in Science, continued my HSC in Science at BAF Shaheen College Chattogram, and later studied Computer Science and Engineering at Islamic University.
After graduation, I began my software career. I did not learn business from theory only; I learned it from users, reports, databases, ERP modules, approval systems, data problems and business workflows. Every company gave me a new layer of understanding.
In December 2022, I made a major transition. I moved from a full-time local job into global freelancing and entrepreneurship. That decision changed the direction of my life. I started serving clients internationally in market research, lead generation, competitor analysis, Power BI, web development and data-driven business support.
The Power Peoples came from a simple realization: businesses suffer when software, data, marketing, websites and databases are managed by disconnected teams. I wanted to build one ecosystem where these services can work together.
The professional path that shaped my thinking
Al-Hiyal Software
I began my professional career as a Software Programmer, building .NET, C# and SQL-based tools including data-sharing solutions for Unilever-related systems.
Unisoft Systems Limited
I worked as a Software Developer on VAT management software, reporting and business logic for enterprise clients.

As Senior Software Developer, I contributed to ERP modules for Techno Drugs using ASP.NET, SQL Server, JavaScript and reporting tools.
Amber Group
As Analyst Programmer, I worked across ERP modules for denim and spinning business suites including sales, production, commercial, inventory and planning.
City Group
I worked as Senior Executive and Assistant Manager in software development, leading MIS, LC Management, property systems, reporting and database-driven applications.
Freelancing & entrepreneurship
I moved into full-time freelancing and international client work across lead generation, research, dashboards, web development and business intelligence.
RADIUS, Dynamhex, OptimizeRx
I worked remotely with global clients on Power BI dashboards, SharePoint, full-stack development, SQL, Power Query, Redshift and business reporting.
